第八届德国电影节排片出炉，王学兵任电影节中国大使

本届德国电影节将于11月13日于北京开幕，第八届（中国）德国电影节由德国电影协会主办，北京德国文化中心·歌德学院（中国）和百老汇影城协办。自2013年举办第一届以来，一直致力于提供德国当代影坛佳作，加深中德文化交流。

我们荣幸地邀请到了国内知名演员王学兵出任电影节中国大使，三位国内资深电影人李迅、车琳、陀螺出任电影节顾问，详细介绍戳这里：电影节大使 / 顾问团队 。

今年的片单发布后，读者就纷纷留言询问购票方式。北京百老汇电影中心及北京百老汇影城东方新天地店的排片表和售票渠道新鲜出炉，已于11月7日14:00（非会员）开票，会员可在13:50提前十分钟抢购。特别放映单元排片也在文中公布。

这部影片是对柏林Mosaik艺术工作坊的艺术家们进行的观察记录。起初，这个工作坊只是一个为残疾人寻求就业设立的项目，但它后来逐渐成为了一个蜕变和转化之地。一种可见的变化发生了，世界在与艺术的对话得以调整和互动。

The film observes artists of the art workshop Mosaik in Berlin-Spandau at work. At first glance, the project appears to be an employment scheme for people with disabilities but it turns out to be a place of transgression.

A visible metamorphosis happens, a world is appropriated and engaged into an artistic dialogue.

Carlotta cannot see faces, not even her own. For her, human faces are no bastion of trust, but places of fear and confusion. With his film LOST IN FACE, neuroscientist Valentin Riedl travels through Carlotta’s universe, full of anthropomorphic animals, lucid dreams and bumpy false paths. Her never-ending search for answers leads her to art—and thus an avenue to her own face and back to humanity.

Lara’s day seems to start like any other — with a cup of tea and a cigarette. Still, today is a very special day for two reasons: Not only is it her 60th birthday, but for the first time, her son Victor is also giving a grand solo performance of piano music he composed himself. However, unlike Viktor‘s father Paul and his new girlfriend, Lara is not invited. Nevertheless, Lara has her own plans for the day. She buys the last tickets for the show and distributes them according to her very idiosyncratic ways. In any case, the events of the day unfold in a completely unexpected manner.

In black and white pictures accompanied by a hypnotic tapestry of sound the film encounters an astrophysicist, a synesthetic musician, an artist, a tattoo artist, a marine biologist, and a book printer and searches for an answer that might not be found, but in the process tells a lot about life itself.

In the beginning Claire clings to her older sister Zoe, who mercifully lets her tag along. But when Zoe meets a boy her own age, Claire is left alone. By the beach Claire befriends Amram, a young Senegalese beach vendor. As their relationship deepens, Claire tries to help him, but unintentionally ends up making his life even more complicated.

Germany, just after the Second World War. Siggi Jepsen, a young man in juvenile detention, has to write an essay on "The Joys Of Duty". He can't get started, the paper stays blank. When he has to repeat the exercise the next day, this time in a cell as punishment, he writes his memories like a man possessed. Memories of his father Jens Ole Jepsen, a police officer who was one of the authorities in a small, north-German village and dedicated himself totally to the duties of office. During the war he had to deliver a ban on painting to his childhood friend, the Exspanssionist artist Max Ludwig Nansen, imposed on him by the National Socialists. He oversees it meticulously and Siggi, 11-years-old, is told to help him. But Nansen resists - and likewise builds on Siggi's help, who is like a son for him. The two men's conflict continually escalates - and Siggi stands between them. Fitting in or resistance? This becomes the decisive question for Siggi...

In order to uncover the secrets and her role in the generation chain, Wonders leads us from the family café at the Bavarian Lake Walchensee via Mexico to San Francisco during the “Summer of Love”, Indian ashrams, a German commune and back again to Lake Walchensee.
