一位日本女摄影师眼中的这些城,那些人
海上摄影文化促进会
遥远的余韵抓拍,是我的摄影主流。静止的画面,散发出的却是街道、人物的生活气息。时而温暖、时而哀愁。
此次的展出是八十年代末在上海、北京、广州旅行中拍摄的作品。那一年,我成了摄影记者,所以这些作品也是我成为职业摄影师人生的起点。
那是一个人与人距离相近的年代。我在街头拍摄,周围的人对我微笑,和我闲聊。不因为我是一个外国人而产生隔阂,直爽,不隐藏感情。我当时就喜爱上了中国的民众。回顾以往,我感到一种与当代社会不同气氛的从容。
我至今时常会想起30年前的中国,不知我照片中的人们现在如何?那家店是否还在?余韵一直回荡在我心中。各位若能通过照片和我一同沉浸在那个年代的氛围中去,我会十分高兴。
30年后的今天,能在上海开办影展,我深感荣幸。在此我对赋予我此般机会的老朋友郭允和他的友人顾铮、陆元敏夫妇和提供展览空间的陆海天、李为民深表谢意。同时感谢各位的光临,我还要感谢照片中的被拍对象,不仅是人,背景的建筑、空中的飞鸟、还有烤鸭店(笑)。感谢所有的被摄对象。

Resonance in the Distance
I like a snapshot. Because the expressions of stopping people or city in the photographs tell you a life in that place.This exhibition show photographs which were taken in China , including Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. I started to work as a photojournalist in this year, so this series of China is the starting point of my photographer life.It was the time when people were interested in one another, I believe. When people saw me taking pictures in the town, some of them were smiling, others came to talk to me. They were fenceless to me as a foreigner and they expressed their feelings to me straight. So I liked Chinese people very much. There was a peace of mind in that society definitely, which seemed difference from present day.When I see my pictures I remember the people in the photos and think how they are going or that shop still exists or not. I have a resonance still in my mind the distant past. I’m happy if you enjoy my photographs which were taken 30 years ago, good old days. It is a great honor to take place my exhibition here in Shanghai. I would like to show my appreciation my good old friend Mr. Guo Yun who gave me a chance to do it. Also I would like to express my deep gratitude to his friends, a photographer Mr. Lu Yuan min, a photography critic Mr. Gu Zheng, and a president Mr. Lu Hai tian who let me use this gallery. I really appreciate what they’ve done for me.Thank you for all coming to my exhibition today. And I thank the people who let me take pictures. Beside people I thank the buildings, the flying birds in the sky and the Peking ducks!!
