上海市公安局浦东分局为了加强防范电信网络诈骗的宣传力度。反诈宣传资料不但有中文宣传单以及宣传视频，现在针对广大居住在上海的“老外”们，也有了英语版的特制宣传资料及视频供他们学习。

3 Hang up（三挂断）

When someone mentions bank card on the phone.当陌生人向你提及银行卡时。

When someone says you win a prize.当陌生人说你中奖时。

When someone requires you to make a remittance.当陌生人需要你亏款时。

For 5 DON’T（五不要）

1. Don’t click any links.不点击陌生链接

2.Do not casually installed unfamiliar applications.不安装陌生应用程序。

3.Do not leave personal information in unfamiliar or irregular institutions.不外泄个人信息。

4. Do not be careless when you buy tickets or other goods on the internet from the strangers.不向陌生人购买演出票、机票及其他物品。

5.Do not provide your bank card and PIN with strangers no matter who he claims to be.不提供你的银行卡号、密码、验证码。

As for “5 never trust”（五不信）

1、Never trust when someone mentions “safe account”. 不要相信所谓的“安全账户”。

2．Never trust if someone says you win a prize.不要相信中了大奖。

3. Never trust if someone tells you your families meet an accident and require you to make remittance.不要相信各类事故报告。

4. Never trust if someone says they are your boss or teachers and require you to make remittance.不要相信所谓的“领导、“老师”向你借钱。

5. Never trust if someone requires you to make payment before accepting prize.不要相信所谓中奖后，需要提供缴纳各费用。
