adjourn在英文合同中的使用语境及其译法

adjourn经常出现在公司章程（Articles of Association）和股东协议（Shareholders Agreement）的股东大会（General Meeting）部分，用于股东大会在规定的时间内未达到法定人数而延期召开的情形。
