全球智能手机市场持续下跌

据市场调研机构科纳仕咨询（Canalys）消息，2023年一季度全球智能手机市场同比下跌12%，是连续第五个季度出现下跌。尽管主要不利宏观因素略有改善，但市场还未开始恢复。

从厂商来看，三星是头部企业中唯一实现环比增长的厂商，以22%的市场份额重回第一。同时，苹果以21%的市场份额回落到第二。受到季度末新品发布的推动，小米以11%的市场份额维持在第三的位置，但是库存调整仍在进行中。OPPO强化了其在亚太及中国的市场地位，全球市场份额占比为10%。

针对这一市场趋势，有分析师表示，2023年一季度的下跌其实在业内的预料之中。局部的宏观经济情况继续阻碍了厂商在一些市场的投资及运营。不过，市场需求正在逐渐改善，预计二季度末，渠道侧和厂商侧将达到相对健康的水平。

At the 2023 Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, Bosch is showcasing its integrated and cutting-edge solutions for automation, electrification, personalization, and connectivity.

展台展示了包含多款针对中国市场需求、由本土团队开发的创新产品，例如智能座舱技术互动体验4.0、车辆动态控制系统2.0、190千瓦氢动力模块以及同轴油冷电机和全新多合一功率电子模块等。

The booth features locally developed technologies and innovations designed to meet the specific demands of the Chinese market, such as 190 kW fuel cell power module, Information Domain Computer 4.0, Vehicle Dynamics Control 2.0, oil-cooled co-axle electric motor with the latest power electronic control unit.

博世集团董事会成员及博世汽车与智能交通技术业务主席马库斯·海恩在2023上海车展上表示，蓬勃发展的中国汽车行业引领着全球市场的新能源及智能出行发展。对博世集团而言，中国汽车市场十分重要。

“The thriving Chinese automotive industry is not only at the forefront of new energy and smart mobility trends globally, but also a leading market for Bosch,” said Markus Heyn, member of the Bosch board of management and chairman of the Mobility Solutions business sector, at 2023 Auto Shanghai.

据悉，2022年，博世中国汽车与智能交通技术业务销售额达到约1036亿人民币（约146亿欧元），同比增长约7%。

In 2022, Bosch China mobility business sector achieved year-on-year growth of around 7 percent, to approximately 103.6 billion CNY (around 14.6 billion euros).

世嘉将以7.76亿美元收购《愤怒的小鸟》开发商Rovio

Sega to Acquire Angry Birds Maker Rovio for $776 Million

4月17日，日本电子游戏公司世嘉宣布，将以7.06亿欧元（约合7.76亿美元）的价格收购《愤怒的小鸟》益智游戏开发商芬兰Rovio娱乐公司。

On April 17, Japanese gaming company Sega announced it has made a 706 million euro ($776 million) offer for the maker of the Angry Birds puzzle game, Finland’s Rovio Entertainment Oyj.

世嘉称，这笔交易将包括Rovio全部已发行的股票和期权，估值为每股9.25欧元，较交易宣布前的收盘价溢价约19%。

The deal would be for the entirety of Rovio’s outstanding shares and options, valuing the stocks at 9.25 euros per share, a roughly 19% premium to their closing price before the announcement, Sega said.

公开资料显示，Rovio的游戏下载量已超过50亿次。同时，《愤怒的小鸟》特许经营权已被授权进入其他娱乐和消费产品领域。

Rovio games have been downloaded over 5 billion times, according to the statement Monday. Meanwhile its Angry Birds franchise has been licensed into other entertainment and consumer products.

世嘉表示，希望收购Rovio扩大其在手机游戏市场的影响力，并将利用其在线运营的手游开发能力，推动其现有游戏的手机版本开发。

Sega said it wants to use Rovio to expand its presence in the mobile gaming market and it would use its live-operated mobile game development capabilities to boost development of mobile-based versions of its existing games.
