【泉·城】二十四节气之夏至：盛夏伊始 美好日长

　　夏至是二十四节气中最早被确定的一个节气，是二十四节气中的第十个节气，也是夏季的第四个节气。我国古代将夏至分为三候:一侯鹿角解;二侯蝉始鸣;三侯半夏生。

　　夏至节气，古人是这样解释的：“日长之至，日影短至，至者，极也，故曰夏至”。翻译过来的意思就是说这天是一年中白昼时间最长的，而夜晚是最短的。其中“至”就是极致的意思，并不是“到达”的意思。这天，太阳几乎直射北回归线，此时，北半球的白昼达最长。这期间我国大部分地区气温较高，日照充足，作物生长很快。此时的降水对农业产量影响很大，有“夏至雨点值千金”之说。

　　老话常说“热在三伏，冷在三九”一年中最热的也就是三伏天了，而今年的头伏是10天，中伏是20天，末伏是十天。因此，在7月下半月和8月上半月这段时间是最热的，尤其是二伏和三伏这段时间。夏至后，人们普遍会食用清补凉汤、凉茶、酸梅汤等来避暑。

　　There is an old saying that "hot in the three volts, cold in the three nine", the hottest days of the year is also the dog days, and this year's peak is 10 days, the middle is 20 days, the last ten days. Therefore, the second half of July and the first half of August are the hottest, especially the second and third volt periods. After the summer solstice, people generally eat qingbuliang tang, herbal tea and plum soup to avoid the heat.
