膀胱癌不算“大癌种”

发病率排在第10位

死亡率排在第13位

男性好发，男女比例约为4∶1

（吸烟可能是主要的因素）

45岁前处于较低水平，之后逐渐升高[12]。

主要是避免吸烟和接触化工产品

有高危因素的人

（烟民、化工产品接触史、家族史）

最好每年查一下尿常规和泌尿系彩超

有人担心，经常憋尿会不会得膀胱癌？

基本不会

因为憋尿和膀胱癌之间没有直接的相关证据

但憋尿也不是什么好习惯！

长期憋尿可造成排尿困难、尿失禁等

损害肾功能，甚至诱发肾衰竭

所以，能不憋尿，最好别憋
